Body Doubling and Productivity Support
Focus is easier together.
What is Body Doubling?
The idea is simple. Sometimes having someone there makes it easier to get started, stay engaged, and follow through.
Your body double doesn't complete your work for you. Instead, they provide a consistent presence, gentle accountability, and an environment that supports your productivity.
Body doubling has become particularly popular among individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, but you don't need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from trying it.
How can body doubling help?
-
Break through the initial resistance that makes even simple tasks feel overwhelming
-
Create a dedicated space for productivity with gentle accountability and fewer opportunities to get sidetracked
-
Turn big projects into smaller, actionable steps and focus on one thing at a time
-
Establish dedicated time to work toward your goals and develop routines that support follow-through
-
Work alongside someone who understands that productivity looks different for everyone. No pressure, no shame, just progress.

What happens during a session?
Set you goal
We’ll start with a quick check-in to identify who you’re working on and what you'd like to accomplish.
Find your focus
We’ll create a supportive working environment tailored to your preferences. Whether you prefer quiet company, occasional check-ins, or gentle reminders, we’ll find what works for you.
Work alongside your coach
You’ll spend the majority of your session working independently while I remain present to provide accountability and support.
Celebrate your progress
We’ll wrap up by reflecting on what you accomplished, what helped, and what your next steps might look like.
-Remember progress isn’t always about finishing everything. Sometimes, the biggest win is simply getting started.
