Hi, I’m Diana!

Founder of GYLT Coaching

Hello!

Why I started GYLT Coaching

I’ve worked with so many students and young adults who want to do well. But they felt stuck in the cycle of procrastination, overwhelm, and “I’ll do it later.”

It’s not that they don’t care. It’s not that they’re lazy.

Most of the time, it’s a lack of systems that actually work for how their brain functions.

That’s why I created GYLT Coaching—to help you build structure, follow through, and finally feel in control of your life.

I don’t believe in “just try harder” or giving you another planner you won’t use.

Instead, I help you build simple, realistic systems that fit your life so you can actually follow through.

My coaching is:

  • practical

  • structured

  • personalized

  • accountability-focused

We’re not aiming for perfect. We’re building something that works.

My Approach

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling Education from University of Central Florida.

I also hold certifications in Play Therapy and ADHD support (ADHD-SSCP), and I am trained through The Gottman Institute for any couples that need support navigating their struggles.

My experience spans working with students from elementary school through young adults and professionals well into their careers.

This allows me to support a wide range of clients—from those learning foundational skills to those looking to refine systems and create more structure in their daily lives.

My Background & Experience

A Little More About Me

As a first-generation Asian-American, I understand the pressure to succeed, meet expectations, and figure things out without always having a clear roadmap.

That perspective shapes the way I coach: with empathy, structure, and a focus on building systems that actually support your version of success.

I’m also probably the friend who helps everyone else get their life together; and now I get to do that as my job.
